Usually 5 stars, 1 star deduction because of semi-crumbly crumbs I do not contract. The space is nice and friendly, toilet is available.

Very unfriendly staff Unfortunately

I always liked to buy from Emil Reimann because I like the products. Unfortunately I will not enter the branch anymore. The staff is very rude and changes constantly. Several times I have been treated as if I were not present. Even after I made myself felt, the shop assistant looked at me bored and continued talking with a colleague (private, not business) no comment such as "little moment please" or the like. I went without a purchase! Another time I wanted to pay 20 €, the seller told me that she can not give out. My 3 bags were already packed at the counter. To my question, what now, she told me, I should just go change. It is not my job as a customer to provide change. I would not have said anything if I had paid with a € 100 bill. So again went without shopping. Every day, customers are scared off because the staff probably does not feel like it. Pity! I'll just have to look for a new baker. I'm not going to Reimann anymore! 2 stars, because the products are actually good. The branch is in Aalen, I had forgotten!

The staff is, very unfriendly, you are not asked if you want it to take away, it is, just clap it quickly, you get in a bad mood in the morning.

Not at all recommend this bakery. Offer breakfast and other items and none of them are in stock. No croissants, no fruit salad and not even mint tea. The lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and sloppy and took breaks outside when the shop was otherwise full. Not to mention the hygiene. There will also be a complaint elsewhere.

Bad hygiene. You get change in your hand with latex gloves. Baked goods of poor quality to really bad. Butter pretzels sold far too warm, butter floats out of the pretzel or with too much butter.

Quite ok so far ... prices could be lower staff is nice waiting times are usually okay. Selection of baked goods is relatively large.

Chain bakery whose baked goods have never convinced me. The shop furnishings are made to a high standard, but the temporary help present was not in a hurry, despite the long queue, and unsuitable music played on the radio. Better to another bakery is ultimately still faster.

Been to breakfast this morning with daughter # 2. Kindly served. Requests are asked, many rolls to choose from, a large café, scrambled eggs with Serano ham and another roll, pepper and salt are automatically placed on the table, all together for € 17.30. Stirring was hot, café good, honey, Nutella u. Jam to choose from, everything perfect. Decoration in the cafe is real. Comfortable seating. Bright and open, you can see who comes and goes and runs past.

Good bakery with an integrated café. Friendly staff, delicious baked goods.
